What services do you offer?Empress Touch Experience offers braids, loc services, crochet styles, sew-ins, silk presses, and children’s styles. We also offer hair care services, including washes, deep conditioning, and scalp treatments. Every appointment is designed to help you care for your hair and feel your best.
How do I get started?Book through our online booking page. A $20 nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and goes toward your service.
What are your cancellation and late policies?Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a $20 fee. If you arrive 15 minutes late, a $10 late fee applies. After 20 minutes, your appointment may be canceled
Do you style children’s hair?Yes! We welcome children who can sit still for the length of their service.
Is hair included?Braiding hair is included with braiding services, though specialty colors may cost extra. Hair for crochet styles and sew-ins is not included. Please check with us about the hair needed before your appointment.
Should I wash my hair before I arrive?A complimentary wash is included with most services. Please check the description of your chosen service when booking and arrive with your hair free of heavy product buildup.
